The Financial Adviser School training programme is designed to help learners achieve success, via our two training programmes.
CeMAP® and DipFA® programme
For our CeMAP® and DipFA® programme, this is done through an innovative and efficient two-track approach, which means they gain the technical knowledge they need to earn their professional qualifications whilst also developing the vital personal and business skills they need to become an adviser. Our image below shows the route they follow over the 58 weeks.
If they are already part qualified, we offer alternative training routes, including existing mortgage and protection advisers. These routes can exclude ‘Financial Services Regulation and Ethics’ and/or CeMAP®, as required.
Learners still benefit from all the skills and behaviours training, and we will give them access to the full study material so that they can recap through self-study.
For our Adv DipFA® (Level 6) programme, this further enhances the knowledge learned either with us; or for those advisers who already hold the Level 4 qualification. It can be studied as a full programme or they can opt for individual module(s) that bring them that step closer to achieving exams for specific licenced areas of business, such as Pension Transfers and Long Term Care and Later Life Planning.
